So many things have happened over the past year! WOW, I can hardly find the time to update any of my blogs! What a shame, since I have such awesome ones? LOL.. ya ya, whatever..
Anyway, I can hardly believe I can say.. after well over 10 years, I've finally met my friend Kelly { aka herbal! from yahoo pool..who woulda thunkit? }. So exciting! Jam's family have come to visit in Las Vegas, and also ventured here to LA too! Wow. Just last month I got to go hang out with Kelly and family in Vegas again, literally melted my shoes on the ground outside.. TOO flippin' hot.. but that's fine. We spent time in the pool & got to wander around and otherwise have a great time!
And now it's August 1st! In less than 2 weeks Kenny's going to start Kindergarden.. what?! Really?! Man! It's all flying by. At least this summer, despite our severe lack of funds, we've made wonderful use of our memberships to the Gardens & Zoo. Spent a lot of time outside, I really want Kenny to enjoy it before he gets into school with all the work & homework and what have you.. And in exactly 1 month, what will we be doing? Why Vegas of course! To meet some of Jam's family again. It's exciting especially since it's been SO long since we've seen everyone.
Then there is CL. I am having such a lovely time learning all about my friends there it's amazing. So many of us, different as can be, from all over the place & yet, we seem to have a great bunch! I am making it a goal of mine to meet everyone in the group! I would love to have a great retreat with these ladies one day, a big CL get-together type bash! One day, gotta stay positive.
My kid is going into SCHOOL!?!?!!?!!!.. It's fine..
